For the fall of 2017 we are reading : The Mind-Gut Connection: How the Hidden Conversation Within Our Bodies Impacts Our Mood, Our Choices, and Our Overall Health

We will meet Sunday nights, September 17, October 22, and November 19 from 7:00 to 8:30 in room 126 Winston Hall.

We will discuss chapters 1-4 the first night, 5-7 the second and 8-10 the third. Please come with 2 questions from the reading.
